Added

• Added fuzzy NBT matching for Kill and Observation tasks
  • Kill task has an extra "NBT Filter" property where a SNBT string can be specified, e.g. {Color: 4b} matches a yellow sheep
  • Observation task includes the NBT filter in the "Observe" property, e.g. minecraft:sheep{Color: 4b}
  • Also works for block entities in the Observation task, but note that matching is done clientside, so this will only work for NBT data that is sync'd from the server

Fixed

• Fixed /ftbquests cleanup_stale_translations wrongly removing reward and reward table translations
