Added the ability for Entity Type Tag quests to cycle through all the entities in that tag.

Added two config options:

Tag Cycle, Default on. Enables cycling through all the entities in a tag.

Tag Cycle Seconds, Default 2. Seconds each entity of a tag is shown before cycling.

Added "Tag Cycle Seconds" & "Cycle Through Tag" options to Entity Icon menu.

Added Fancy Toasts compatibility. (#5)

Config option "Toast Entity Icons" enables the rendering of entities inside Fancy Toasts quest notifications. Default on. Only shows up if Fancy Toasts is installed.
