FTB Pack Companion

[26.1.2.3]

Added

• Added nudging, anchor and rotation support for the structure placer
• Added an RTP Portal block into the game
• Added the ftbpc:equidistant_ring structure placement type for arranging structures in configurable circular formations around a center point
  • Integrated from the Radial Placements mod - thanks @Tazz

Fixed

• Holding the Nudge key didn't correctly lookup the other keybindings so the player would move whilst nudging
