Adds a weather system to It_Crave's Frozen Flesh modpack, by allowing the Solar Apocalypse from SmushyTaco's Solar Apocalypse mod and the Frozen Apocalypse from Jaggwagg's Frozen Apocalypse mod to cycle in phases.
Supports compatability with AlcatrazEscapee's Primal Winter and TheAdubbz' Tough As Nails.
