What's new
-Added a new item: Dragon Command Staff
-Re-implemented and fixed the Dragon attack animation when the player is riding it
-The Dragon Command Staff can command your Tamed Alpha dragons to stay in place, they will NOT teleport to you and will be completely idle. This does cost durability from the Dragon Command Staff. Just right-click on the idle dragon to make it fly and teleport to you again.
-With the idle implementation, this means the dragons now have a new unique staying animation for when commanded to stay
-Added more dynamic flight animations to all dragons
