What's new

Changelog — Data Pack Custom Technology Optimization

Added

  • Data pack support for custom technologies — Technologies can now be loaded from world/datapacks/*/data/<namespace>/technologies/<category>/<tech>.json, supporting both folder and ZIP data pack formats.
  • Hot-reload support — Technologies are automatically reloaded when running /reload or enabling/disabling data packs, via TagsUpdatedEvent listener.
  • Loading priority system — Technologies are loaded with the following priority (higher overrides lower): config folder → world save → data packs → mod JAR (putIfAbsent semantics).

Fixed

  • Crash after /reload — Fixed NullPointerException in GuiResearchBook caused by scroll position maps being cleared during reload without null-safety checks.
