Frogvasion

Game:

- updated to 1.19.3

- added the /setmessage command

Blocks:

- added Lava Infused Froglight, dropped from frogs eating 10 magma cubes. If stepped on, it damages you but if a frog steps on it it has a chance to become infused.

- Frog Tower Chests now spawn in every dimention (lvl 3 in netherrack & lvl 4 in blackstone in the Nether, lvl 5 in endstone in the End) very rarely

- fixed frogs spawned from Frog Tower Chests floating

Entities:

- added MagmaEaten to frogs, if >= 10, it drops a Lava Infused Froglight and resets to 0.

- added Infused, if true: frogs glow in dark and light entities on fire.

Items:

- added Address Card: use the /setmessage <location> <message> and rightclick on an Ender Frog to teleport it there with its name as "<Player> wrote: <message>" (frog has no AI afterwards)

- changed Empty Frog Ghost, gave a tooltip to explain the uses. Also, if clicked on a frog it will become a Frog Ghost of that type of frog.
