Blocks:

- added Conversion Pedestal, where you can combine Empty Frog Ghosts with a frog's characteristic drops to create a Frog Ghost of the type of frog. (view wiki for more information)

Items:

-added Spine, a drop from every type of frog

-added Empty Frog Ghost Fragments, which are used to craft a Empty Frog Ghost

-added Empty Frog Ghost, used in a Conversion Pedestal to make Frog Ghosts

-added Frog Ghosts, these represent a frog this mod implements. Each frog has their own conversion recipe and texture. If clicked on a minecraft frog, the frog will convert to a tamed frog of the type of the Frog Ghost.

Entities:

-added a swimming animation

-made frogs tameable

Fixes:

-fixed being able to place Slime Layer in the air

-fixed grappling frog sometimes not damaging target

-fixed frog feet being invisible from underneath the frog
