Friendly Chests: No Fluid

Backports the feature from 1.13 that lets chests stop social distancing. Fork of Friendly Chests to remove the Fluidlogged API requirement.

-Can be safely added to any already existing world!

-Supports all properly coded chests!

-Does not add any new blocks!

This mod removes the requirement to use Fluidlogged API, although you should use the original if you have Fluidlogged API installed to save yourself some storage space.

All the work done to allow this to exist was done by mczph in this pull request, although in order to get it to build I updated gradle to 7.6.
