v1.0.6 — Fix: settings key did nothing

Fix

• The bindable "Open framed map settings" key did nothing: placing a map into a frame left its placement nonce at 0 because the mixin read the frame's old item (frame.getItem()) instead of the new stack inside setItem(...). With a zero nonce the frame wasn't considered configurable, so the key (unbound by default) never sent the open-settings request — the same affected right-click. Now uses frame.getFramedMapId(normalized) (the new item), matching the original mod, so the nonce is generated whenever a map is placed.
