Initial release.

Added Chicken Staff:
- Summons one owned chicken follower per player.
- Chicken follows and teleports back when too far away.
- Chicken glow color matches the owner's scoreboard team.
- Left-click owned chicken with the staff to despawn it.
- Staff chicken is protected from damage, TNT, drops, XP, breeding, and egg laying.
