- Added config file to disable all deprecated blocks/items (except ores). Enabling this with world that had Foundry prior to 1.4.0.0 will cause deprecated items and blocks to dissapear).
- Deprecated items can be converted to Substratum versions by placing them in a crafting grid.
- API: Removed some deprecated methods. Bumped version to 1.4.0.0
