Fortuna's Anvil

First release for Minecraft 1.21.1, on Fabric and NeoForge.

• Only Architectury API is required (plus Fabric API on Fabric). Necronomicon API and EpheroLib are no longer needed.
• The config is config/fortunas_anvil.json5. A config from the 1.20.1 version is converted automatically.
• Items upgraded on 1.20.1 keep their level when the world is upgraded.

Changes

• Armor and shields now gain +0.25 max health per level, and bows and crossbows +0.25 projectile damage per level, even when the item has no base value for that stat.
• Arrows from upgraded bows and crossbows deal 5% more damage per level when Projectile Damage Attribute isn't installed.
• The server-wide upgrade announcement can now be translated.
• Removed a duplicate witch loot entry, and made item and loot checks faster.
