[Forge] Single-Item Barrels Mod

Introducing the Single-Item Barrels Mod, aka the S.I.B.M.!

I was tired of no charset barrels in 1.16 so I made my own.

It's a barrel mod. You store one item in the barrel, and boy can you store a lot of that item.

Like all things in life, it is compatible with hoppers. Probably pipes, too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's a W.I.P. so your mileage may vary. It's stable on my machine tho.
