0.1.4-dev — W flight and ability audio

- W now launches immediately at 3 blocks/tick and follows an arrow-like arc
  with gravity. Removed the previous slow-start fireball acceleration.
- Kept the 30-block path-length limit, damage, healing, cooldown and block embedding.
- Removed leading quiet audio from Q/W clips. Q clips had approximately
  0.94–1.90 seconds before the clear sound onset.
- Raised Q/W audio by approximately 3.7–3.9 dB with gentle peak compression.
- Q sound and slash now start from the same client event. Sounds preload.
- Q/W remain in the Players sound category. Default E remains silent.

Replace the old Kha'Zix JAR on both client and server.
Still Alpha; dependencies unchanged from 0.1.3-dev.
Compilation, deterministic checks, asset validation and JAR packaging are checked.
This revision has not been tested in Minecraft by the developer.
