Refactor FluxFyreCraftingHandler to CastFillRecipeHandler so as to reduce complexity.

TODO: Might be nice to have a CastEmptyRecipeHandler, so that AE2 and other automated crafting mechanisms can remove the essences (essi?) from casts, although for the moment that functionality has been removed.
