Flour is a small and lightweight mod that adds a single item to the game.
Flour can be crafted with one wheat in a crafting table. Each piece can be baked into a loaf of broad, tripling your bread returns. Flour can also be used to make cake, in lieu of wheat itself. Additionally, a config allows for adjustment of the XP produced from baking.
