Torches burn through 4 states until fully depleted! Burnt out torches can be recycled to make torches cheaper

What's new
A few optimization tweaks:
- Logic that replaces torches upon initial chunk load has been optimized
- Setting the lucky torch chance to 0 or 1 in config will slightly improve performance by skipping random checks
- Generated lanterns are now replaced with empty lanterns
