Flashback Neoforge Fixed

Fixes replay server crashes when modded client block-entity update tags trigger client-only behavior, including the Refined Storage error: Cannot request model data update on server. Recorded block-entity packets are now kept opaque on the replay server and delivered unchanged to the viewing client, preventing the same side mismatch across other mods while preserving exact client state.
