Features:
- BulletTypes (ammunition, missiles, bombs) can now be read from a folder called 'ammo' as well.

Config files can be read from any number of subdirectories in their type folder:
vehicles/Belgian/.. vehicles/WelshInfantry/.. vehicles/Equestrian/..Will all be read in as though they were in the
vehiclesfolder on previous versions. Allows for organisation of configs. Note: This is NOT backwards compatible and will mean your pack doesn't work on other versions.
