This release I had help from Akira Moontail, and Miitto. Akira has been testing for a while, and also following development quite closely. They provided a few fixes this release, so many thanks! Miito helped with initial development of the muzzle flash system, which helped to develop a lot of the ideas. So, thank you as well!
Bug fixes:
Vehicles no longer consume entire stacks of ammo when a single item runs empty
PacketDriveableDamage crash fixed
Possible fix for reported melee issue
Fixes to seat collision damage/detection after reported issues (Not climbing blocks, weird damage taken)
Fixed gun firing when ammo picked up, on burst fire guns
(Akira) Fixes for mecha and plane for borked icon crash
Propeller no longer dissappears after leaving a plane
Features:
All attachments can now use flashlights (Not just grips)
Grenades can now emit light, as well as bullets
Indexing gunbox/gun combos efficiency increased, now much less laggy
Passenger definitions are pre-read, so order in config won't break your vehicles
Added EngineStartDelay, disables throttle for a certain time
Added flansmod.cfg option to disable fancy descriptions (Shift over item)
(Akira) Added ExitSound to Driveables
Particles now spawn showing corners of collision shapeboxes for Driveables, in debug mode.
Added SetPlayerInvisible for mechas
Added option to force gun to still be rendered when ADS with scope overlay (NOT compatible with zoomLevel, only FOV Zoom supported)
^ Added modifier for ADS movement, can weaken effect of ADS on gun movement
Added support for crafting items in creative
Casing, flash and deployed models now reload using the Reload Models key.
Added gun melee damage multiplier for Driveables. (As yet untested)
(The big one!) Muzzle flash particles. Visible by other players, configurable to display in first/third person for the shooter. Configurable size, type and location. Will try to use muzzle flash position from model. The particle is also fullbright, for extra visibility. I hope to document this feature before the next release.
