The newer mod by Wolff, Flan's Mod NPC Vehicles, includes this same fix and I highly recommend it over this mod, however there's compatibility issues with some versions of CustomNPCs+. This mod is a standalone alternative version of that fix for those that want only the armor fixes and no other additional features, and also has better compatibility with newer versions of CustomNPC's for better future proofing. It might also work with other clothing, armor, and animation mods that have the same limb/torso movement syncing issues, though testing of this is limited.
Usable in 1.7.10 only. Featured in the FOB Online modpack.
