Added compatability for bluemap

now creates both a square marker as well as a poi marker that show rent info (Needed both as square marker doesnt really work if its in a main claim even if its being rendered above, this may be fixed later if I can figure it out, but for now clicking on the poi marker works)

changes colors if its being rented / available to rent

Added a toggle for bluemap incase you dont want to use it

Changed how we do our config, from currency_config to just config.json as now it also includes bluemap info (Config will automatically be converted to our new format)

Bluemap markers automatically update 

added 3 new commands

/flanrentadmin bluemap check (checks if bluemap is installed and bluemap compatability is enabled)

/flanrentadmin bluemap toggle (toggles bluemap compatability on or off)

/flanrentadmin bluemap reload (reloads all bluemap markers)
