Flan-Rental

Fixed a bug where all lightmans currency was saying gold coins instead of the correct denomination

Required denomination in the create command when using lightmans (I.e /flanrent create plot1 1g 1i coins)

Added the ability to rent out either the main claim, or sub claims - You cannot rent out both a main and a sub claim as that would cause the renter of the main claim to edit all sub claims which could cause issues

Added the ability to use team banks for lightmans

Added a default bank command so users dont need to set the bank every time if they are using their team bank instead of their personal

Fixed offline compatability for the /flanrentadmin debug bank command - Also added the ability to look at a users bank as well as a team bank

Added a few of admin commands and rearranged a few of the commands - Command list will be updated in mod description
