• Add command to modify base claim blocks:

• /flan giveClaimBlocks base

• Add claim dependent item and block list:

• Custom item list player can use in a claim

• Custom block break list player can use in a claim

• Custom block interact list player can use

• Adding # defines it as the entries as a tag

• Add create minecart contraption permission:

• If false will prevent contraptions from crossing into the claim

• If a contraption goes out of the claim it will not be able to come back in!

• Fix fake player command requiring op

• Fix duplicating items using create wrench when on claim border

• Fix can take items out of storage drawer in creative mode

• Fix mobspawn blocking not working on forge
