Swallow Swallow changes:

-Upped Swallow Swallow Spawnrates from 60 to 65

Glib Greg changes:

-Upped Health to 1,000

-Removed all damage immunities

-Increased knockback resistance to 65

-Changed Glib Greg's bonus fact to fit the new changes

-Added Development fact for Glib Greg

Nibble Nincompoop changes:

-Lowered the chance of 5 extra Nibble Nincompoops spawning from a ~9% chance to an ~6% chance

General Fixes:

-Fixed a bug where the "Green Screen" block couldn't generate -Quadrupled the amount of explosions from the Remote
