Adds an FIM-92 Stinger Man-Portable Air-Denfence-System
Stinger has by default 10 uses and a range of 200 meters, but is configurable in the config with other parameters.
Craftable with 4x Iron Block, 1x Redstone Block, 1x TNT, 1 Blaze Rod
