Optionally Disable Milk Drinking while bleeding out

Added Wound Tape to stop bleeding out (2 recipes) 

Now Requires GeckoLib and playerAnimator for player animation (currently only visable when playing in 3rd person and to other players).

New little animation over top of the crosshair as FFYL starts (first person only)

New optional Blood Particles (default off)

Textbox is in a different position because I had to rebuild the entire mod piece by piece in an older version of mcreator to get the animation working.. 

New config file, updating means setting up your prefrences again (old file should remain for easy copying, old file has the word 'config' in the title)
