Changes:
- New Recipe for Empty Stimpack (now from 3 nuggets, not 2);
Since it's reusable, I decided to up resource price for it - New item: Syringe Craft Guid;
I often use mods like jei, rei or etc for showing crafts, but there some of them not showing, also it could be helpful for people who don't use recipe showing modifications. Book has temporary design, will change in future. Craft is from one syringe and book in any order. - Minor fixes.
