Fence Posts

Rebuilt for Minecraft 26.3.

• Posts are no longer crafted: sneak and click any fence or wall with an empty hand and it stands alone as a post of its own material; click again and it joins back in. That covers every fence and wall the game has, poplar included, and whatever comes next. Needs Pandorical 1.3.6.
• The crafted posts stay in the world they are in, but have no recipe and no creative entry any more. Sneak-click a crafted post and it becomes the real fence or wall it stood for, standing alone.
• Post slabs are still their own block, crafted straight from the fence or wall: one gives two, the way a block gives two slabs. They go in the empty half of any slab with Mixed Slabs installed, a fence post standing on a stone slab and the like.
• Loot tables rewritten for the current game format: a double post slab drops two again.
