Arrow Chain
- While anchored, the chain is now a leash. You can move freely up to the tether length (the tier's anchor range: 16 blocks Tier I, 32 Tier II) but not past it. Outward movement is held at the edge, and falling past it swings you on the line.
- Pressing to pull from out of reach no longer reels you back from any distance; the chain snaps instead. Teleporting (ender pearl, Recall) also snaps it.
- Death or a dimension change drops the chain.
- The rope is now visible to other players nearby, not only its owner.
Network protocol 33: every client and the server need 1.4.1.
