Changelog:
0.1.1 was to add various items for use in the future, aswell as various new foods for use in the present.

Additions:
Multiple basic dishes, relating to the mirelurksm like Mirelurk Omelettes, Rangoon, even a type of mayo!
Assorting new components for crafting, and interchangable pieces to aid in survival aspects.
You can now cram raw mirelurk meat into cans to eat more meat in less time.
You can now cook the babies.

Changes:
Multiple recipes were changed to comply with the new components, to rely less on iron and more on the new resource, rubber!
Changed out the sprite for Basic Assembly Kit in order to alter the color palette.
