Victor is in the game but he will not spawn yet and he needs new model, animations and texture

One model was remade but its far from being Perfect.

Dimension now has day and night cycle but i think i would change it back to eternal darkness

New ore and OP tools were added.

Wither totem does nothing yet but it will do in future.
