Fixes:
- Fixed text rendering on hanging (chain) signs — it previously used the wrong offset/scale from regular signs and was unreadable.
New:
- Full English localization — all chat messages, book/sign GUIs, and
/languagecommand feedback are now shown to each player in their own game language, instead of being hardcoded in Russian.
