EXTREMELY IMPORTANT UPDATE
-Fixed the wisp persistence settings to prevent hundreds of them from building up in all the little closed off spots of your world causing massive lag.
          -Within an area only 50 contained wisps may be persistent.
          -Even if you enclose more wisps surpassing that limit they will not become persistent.
          -If a wisp escapes containment at any point it will lose persistence.
          -If there are more than 60 persistent wisps in the area which should only be possible due to previous versions the wisp will lose its persistence regardless of containment status.

Please do let me know if you find any other bugs that need to be urgently fixed.

(I honestly may just make certain materials necessary for wisp cages in the future but im not sure)
