- Fixed textures not being displayed when using windows-style texture paths on non-windows systems

- Fixed bug were custom button labels had a slightly different color compared to vanilla buttons in MC 1.14 and 1.15
- Fixed menu and button info still visible after disabling the customization buttons
- Fixed a bug which caused menu and animation sounds not to stop when the layout creator was being closed or started in MC 1.12
- Fixed a bug which caused the menu identifier text to be visible in the layout creator in MC 1.12 and MC 1.14

- Added customization compatibility for buttons added to vanilla (and mod) menus by other mods
- Controls, video settings and language menus are now fully customizeable (enabled background animations/images)
- Changed default value of 'showmainmenufooter' to 'false' in the config
