Moved all the core code features from Familiars to FamiliarsLib.
Now people can create their own familiars, familiar houses and familiar beds and test them out without needing to have Alshanex Familiars installed, all the core features now belong to FamiliarsLib.

Also this version supports Alshanex Familiars 3.7 onwards, not backwards.
