What's new

Added Cloth Config and Mod Menu support

Bug Fixes:

  1. The cloud render distance scales with the cloud layer, instead of growing as the clouds shrink or shrinking as they grow. #9
  2. Setting scale to negative value causes the clouds layer to move with player. Setting scale <1.00 results in larger "cloud pieces" instead of smaller ones. #6
