FabricPlots 1.0.1 (MC 26.1.2)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
[1.0.1] — 2026-08-16
The safety and reliability update for Minecraft 26.1.2.
Added
- Crash-resistant saves. Plot ownership, configuration, expiry, portal, return-point and decorated-chunk
files are now written through a temporary file and atomic replacement. A last-known-good
.bakfile is retained and used when the primary file is missing or unreadable. - Regression tests. Automated coverage now checks atomic-save recovery, negative plot coordinates, road detection, automatic plot selection and mutation rollback.
- DraftSmith integration safeguards. FabricPlots now rechecks plot access at commit, undo and redo time, rejects block-entity edits, and bounds large selection and shape operations before they allocate or write.
Fixed
- Complete entity protection. Direct attacks, projectiles, potions and other player-caused damage can no longer bypass plot ownership or per-plot PvP rules. Interactions with frames, stands, villagers and vehicles are protected as well.
- Stale menu and command authorization. Mutating GUI actions and location-sensitive commands re-fetch the current plot, dimension, ownership and permission state immediately before changing anything. Roads are no longer treated as the nearby plot for these commands.
- Transactional plot and economy changes. Failed saves roll ownership and settings back. Paid claims are refunded if persistence fails, deletions retain the plot if release cannot be saved, and economy-enabled claims fail closed when the configured provider or currency is unavailable.
- Merge integrity. Combining rejects disconnected selections, partial existing merge groups, already combined groups and oversized selections. Splitting preserves settings and the full recorded purchase value.
- Dimension-safe portals. Portal frames are keyed by dimension and position, use a server-wide tick clock, consume saved return points after use, and revalidate claim and deny status before teleporting.
- Mob-cap bypasses. A name tag no longer exempts hostile or untamed mobs from plot confinement and caps; genuinely tamed pets remain exempt.
- Destructive-action safety. Clear, delete, combine and uncombine now require a short confirmation, and busy plots reject competing manual, GUI and DraftSmith edits until their background operation finishes.
Changed
- Large world edits are tick-budgeted. Clear, floor, merge and repaint work is queued in bounded column jobs instead of running as one server-thread spike. Portal cleanup repaints are coalesced.
- Automatic plot search is faster.
/plot autonow scans outward by rings rather than repeatedly rescanning every inner square. - Runtime loading metadata. FabricPlots remains server-side in behavior but initializes on both dedicated
servers and integrated single-player servers. This branch targets Minecraft
~26.1.2, Java 25 and Java 25 mixin compatibility. DraftSmith's Maven Local lookup is restricted to its own group. - Bundled dependencies. DraftSmith is upgraded to 1.0.1 and SGUI is pinned to the latest compatible
upstream tag,
2.0.0+26.1.
