0.1.11 — fix: /plot clear now fully clears merged plots.

Clearing only reset each cell's 32×32 core, so builds on the dissolved roads between a merge's cells — and on any plot's sidewalk ring — survived. It now wipes every column the plot owns (cores, sidewalk ring, and merged interior), repainting the sidewalk ring as sidewalk and the rest as the plot's floor block. The merge itself is untouched — clearing does not uncombine.
