- Adds /invsee and /endersee, invsee is still a bit buggy, but should work good enough for now

- Made it so that if the combat tick timer setting is set to 0 no more messages pop up

Due to some incompatibilities I can no longer support both 1.15.2 and 1.16 snapshots with the same jar, I will decide later whether or not I will make a 1.15.2 version separately from the snapshot versions.
