Curse Maven Snippet
Works with 1.16.3's new text color system. Depending on your terminal, you should be able to see any hex color in your terminal now. Some multiplexers like byobu reduce it to the 256 color space, some terminal emulators don't support it at all.
Also adds a new command /tellrawc which goes directly to the server console. Good for testing, or if you just like seeing pretty colors in your Minecraft server's terminal (for whatever reason)
