Bug fixes:
* Fixed Thaumcraft 4.1 support and made file smaller by not including Thaumcraft api in the jar. (No actual code changes it just works with Thaumcraft 4.0.5 and 4.1)

Caveats

There is presently a bug in the config file upgrade process that prevents it from being able to properly keep old block/item id's. You will need to either use 3.15.4 or copy over the old block/item config into the new config file.
