- Fixed tons of issues with Layer pieces (turns out I really didn't do a good job making them...)
- If two Piece Packs create sets with the same name (but different base blocks) both will now be loaded
- Improved Debug Item
- Check for broken Piece Sets now happens on world load, and result is printed to log
- Fixed the vanilla pieces system being completely broken
