Bugfix: The Item Teleporter pulled items from adjacent hoppers that did not pointing in the Teleporter, that has been fixed. 

The extended dropper now also works with the item teleporter, so it can be placed under the teleporter, and when the dropper is activated, the items in inventory are sent up to 8 blocks above the teleporter.
If a Redstone is placed in the Special Slot of a golden Hopper, the hopper will no longer pull any items.
