Expensive Death

Added option to drop physical coins on death that can be picked up to regain lost money.

Config option to allow auto pickup, how much of the lost value you can regain from the coins, and if other players are allowed to pick it up.

Added grace period potion and effect that prevents you from dropping coins (by default, player will get a 30 second grace period after dying).
