Fixed Bugs

-[Kettle] Kettle does not add to the existing output, it overwrites the output

-[Kettle/Heat] Changing the tile below, i.e. taking/placing items in a furnace or any variable tile, voids all items on the kettle above

-[Pan] Pan outputs nothing (voids items)

-[Kettle] If the kettle is cooking something and it runs out of liquid (from recipes prior) it will keep showing progress instead of stopping

-[Kettle] Taking ingredients out of a kettle while the recipe is partially completed maintains the arrow's progress (so the next recipe you put in will have a shortened time)

-[Placing] Breaking a kettle then placing a Pan on the same spot renders the Pan inoperable

-[Kettle] Shift-clicking anything while the kettle GUI is open will redirect the item to the catalyst slot

-[Kettle] Shift-clicking an item out of the kettle's top left input slot will put the item into the first two rows of the inventory plus the first slot on the left of the third row, but if those slots are all filled, it will put the item into the kettle's bottom right input slot. It also ignores any empty inventory slots outside of the first two rows + first on left on third row. Moreover shift-clicking out of any slot other than the kettle's top left input slot and catalyst slot, including personal inventory slots, output slots, and other input slots, will put the item in the catalyst slot

-[JEI] Pot recipes don't specify that they need water in JEI

A fix for Kettle not accepting item transformers (e.g. can't use durability for items in the catalyst slot) will come shortly
