Fixes:

Porcelain Buckets now use the capability system, so they should be able to fill any tank and take from any tank

Improvements:

You can plant mushrooms with spores now.

There is now a config option to disable the moss spread from water.

Moss can now only grow at less than a configurable light level (default 8)

Added Crook'd and Hammered TiCon modifiers

• Crook'd makes your tool able to pull entities closer and get double drops from leaves
• Hammered allows your tool to break apart hammerable blocks
