Fixed the damage for the TCon modifiers
  TCon modifiers have a config option for accepting lapis or not
  Added Enderpearl Blocks, End Cake, and End Egg. Don't blink
  New hammers! Copper, Tin, Lead, Silver, Platinum,, Nickel, and Aluminum
  Ore drops added by Ex Aliquo are now via the Oredictionary
  Thaumium Hammer now only loads if Thaumcraft is loaded because I didn't want to do shenanigans or require 1.6.4
  Thaumcraft wall-breakers and Thaumium Hammers changed to only require 1 Earth to unlock in easy, and something made from Earth in Normal/Hard.
  Ex Nihilo's Osmium ores now are meltable in a smeltery when ExtraTic and Mekanism is installed
  Natura bushes now drop correctly from Topiary Grass
  Natura Heat Sand can now be used as a Crucible Heat Source
  Thermal Expansion's Pyrotheum and Cryotheum now can be used as Crucible heat sources
  Mariculture Gas is now obtained by melting Limestone in an Ex Nihilo crucible
  Mariculture Rutile now obtained from sieving Sand
  Limestone changed to oredict drops and massively more common
  Removed the Mariculture fish overrides due to Mariculture adding it's own override for such things
  Mariculture requires minimum version 1.2.2
  Comments added to Ex Aliquo Crooks to denote that they're crooks
