Minor Changes/Bug Fixes

Slightly tweaked the spawn rates of Topaz and Amethyst. (Topaz more common, and Amethyst Rarer)

Fixed the hardness of Amethyst Ore. (Was taking longer to mine than it was supposed to)

Changed the pickaxe required to mine Ruby. (It's now back to diamond)

Changed the sound of Ruby Ore to be the same as the rest of the Nether ores.
